TOPSFLO successfully held IATF 16949 quality management system internal auditor training

In order to strengthen the staff's accurate understanding of the IATF 16949 quality system standard and auditing skills, enhance the staff's awareness and application of internal quality standards, and further improve the company's management level and core competitiveness, from May 5 to 7, 2023, TOPSFLO invited Mr. Yang, a senior expert in quality standards and a gold medal lecturer, to conduct a quality management system internal auditor training. The participants included TOPSFLO middle and senior management, and relevant personnel from different departments.

During the three-day training, Mr. Yang introduced the development history of IATF 16949 standard, risk management and other contents systematically, and interpreted the provisions of IATF 16949:2016 in detail from various dimensions such as quality management principles, process methods and relationship with other management system standards.


Mr. Yang focused on IATF 16949:2016 internal audit skills, including quality system audit, process-oriented audit, product audit, process audit and other four aspects to help participants more comprehensively grasp the knowledge and skills that IATF 16949:2016 internal auditors should have.

In the course, in order to make the participants understand the requirements of the standard more deeply, Mr. Yang does not limit himself to the explanation of the clauses, but combines TOPSFLO quality, production, design and development, procurement, customer requirements and other process segments, together with actual cases to explain and analyse, so as to improve the audit ability of the participants.

During the course, the participants learned with an open mind. Through interactive discussions, case studies and classroom exercises, they quickly and accurately understood the system standards, process methods and auditing techniques. During the break time, many employees also took the initiative to ask Mr. Yang for advice on problems encountered in their practical work, and Mr. Yang answered their questions one by one. The participants said that they had a clearer understanding of the practical application of the quality management system through this training and benefited greatly from it.

IATF 16949 is an internationally accepted industry-wide quality system standard and is recognized as the most stringent quality certification system in the world.
