Customers highly praise - product high quality wins customers' trust again

For an enterprise who see the product quality as its life, it’s a very happy and glorious thing that the product quality has been widely recognized and wins customers' highly praise again and again.

Yesterday, Topsflo received the good feedback and highly recognition on their products’ quality and good service again from their USA customer Mr. Bryan. Mr. Bryan said, “We are very happy with TopsFlo parts quality and your responsiveness making it easy to do business with TopsFlo. We are not as happy with the valve manufacturer. Would TopsFlo be interested in making the valve for us also?” Topsflo feel very happy with the praise, and thanks a lot for the customer’s continuous support and trust to them, which is their motivation of keep forging ahead and development. 

Mr. Bryan sent an inquiry to Topsflo last April about their new R&D centrifugal brushless water pump TL-B10 and TL-C01 series pumps, which use for his new project of therapy device. After several days’ contacted, he bought some TL-B10 and TL-C01 samples to do the first test, and the test feedback is positive. Very soon, they decided to purchase more same samples to do the further test, and also purchased some items of diaphragm air pumps from Topsflo. Because their each device system, need to use several units water pumps and air pumps. For the second test, there is no doubt that they are very satisfied with the pumps’ high quality, stable performance, and high efficiency. About last September, Mr. Bryan confirmed the items of water pumps and air pumps what they will use in their system, and the third time purchased the samples from Topsflo to do the final test. Everything goes very successful for their project base on Topsflo pumps’ specification and performance can meet their needs very well.

Last November, they both sides started to talk about the long-term and stable cooperation, Topsflo offered the customer the Supplier Survey Report, and signed the Confidentiality Agreement. Now, the customer want to do a little change on the pump connection to match their system better, and they confirmed to open a new mould for the pump connection. After the final test and confirmation,about this September, they’ll place the first batch order to Topsflo, their quantity needs for the first year is about several thousands units, for the following years would be increased rapidly.
