Development Engineer (Motor)

Job Content:
Develop different type of motors which fit for different products requirement
Test and approve different motor for products
Manage technical documents Motor production related, including drawings.
Actively participate in improving or optimizing Motor performance
Actively help and support in transferring new product to mass production as well as in making and testing first sample of new product.
Participate in analysis of Motor quality issues as well as improvement.
Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree or master degree and major in mechanical & motor electrical engineering or equivalent.
Good communication ability of Mandarin and English; sound PC skills; knowledge of production methods process, teamwork spirit.
Knowledge of DC, Brushless DC and coreless motor principle, manufacture and test method is preferred.
Trouble shooting capability
Knowledge of lean manufacturing
Experience of project management
Over 3 years’ relevant experiences.
Self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility.

Senior Quality Engineer

Job Content:
Supervises, tests compliance of all materials and services. Analyzes defects in process, procedures, materials and products and recommends corrective measures to maintain quality standards.
Maintains and continually improves the quality system (including ISO 9000).Work with supplier internal other departments, for component; process systematic continuously quality improvement, preventive; corrective action.
Coordinates and facilitates development of training programs for employees. Continuously improves and streamlines the process, developing human resources through formal and informal training such as cross training, participation in events and classroom training. Develops, implements, and manages strategic and tactical programs to achieve budgeted warranty levels.
Responsible for warranty analysis and corrective action programs. Communicates quality/warranty performance data to all relevant plant personnel for corrective action. Interfaces with customer service and engineering to assist in design and contract reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are understood and incorporated. Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electrical /electronic.
Min. 8 years work experience in quality or in production for mechanical or electrical industry, prefer automobile industry.
Professional skill or experience in plastic, motor, casting, rubber, PCB, metal, fasten, machining, assembling process etc.
Familiar with QC tools such as Pareto/ histogram/ control chart etc, has the knowledge of SPC/Cp & Cpk /APQP/PPAP/Cause & effect/CTQ/FMEA /ISO 9001/SOP/8D/SCAR/Control plan etc.
Continuously improvement activity for the supplier & process failure or preventive action for the potential failure.
High problem solving & trouble shooting ability, with strong determination & fast response.
Good English skill and communication skill

ME (Assembly)

Job Content:
1. Process development: Initiate and implement process improvement to improve safety, quality and productivity; Take responsibility for process documentation and line operator training;
2. Layout design: Optimize production cell layout with lean tools to improve material flow, reduce WIP, improve line efficiency and eliminate process bottle neck;
3. Quality: Work with R&D, quality and production to improve quality from product design, measurement and process, conduct continuous improvement to improve quality from all aspects
4. New project/product: Take responsibility for line setup, tools and fixture design and work instruction documentation; Take responsibility for sample and pilot run so as to implement new production line qualification and verification;
5. Kaizen implement: take responsibility for line kaizen events from “5M1E”

Requirement:
1. College or above, major in mechanical or electromechanical engineering; at least 6 years professional experience in IE or ME;
2. Be familiar with tools and fixtures, assembly process, pump background will be preferring;
3. Be familiar with Lean production system and with 3 years solid experience;
4. English langue (Fluent written and communication about technical specification)
5. High work responsibility and team cooperation; Good communication skills.

Mechanical Design Engineer (Pump)

1.Bachelor of Science in Engineering or above，major in fluid mechanical and fluidengineering.
2.6+ years of working experience in pump design.
3.Have the experience of centrifuge pump design and order handling.
4.Have micro centrifuge pump design experience would be preferred.
5.Can read English, prefer good at oral and written English.
6.Familiar with office PC software, professionally use AutoCAD software.

Others:
1.Must possess good communication skills
2.Capable of reading complex blue prints and specifications.
3.Knowledge of mechanical/engineering standards, pump/valve design practices andmanufacturing processes.
4.Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Independently design products and parts, order handling base on customer requirement,create drawing and BOM.
2.Assist to provide technical support to CSU about product special application.
3.Prepare engineering technical submittal data as required by sales or after service.
4.Independently analyze & solve the problems.5.Perform other duties as assigned.
